A keigal exercise is the contraction of the muscle in your pelvic area.

It is exercised by contracting it... think of it as trying to squeeze the cheeks of your butt together. Each contraction should be held for several seconds.

Do 20 or so contractions, several times a day to keep that muscle in shape. Doing so helps men and women with sexual performance, bladder control, and overall health.

It won't make you loose weight though.
