Three times a week, one hour at a time will do it, but if you can exercise for 2 hours, 4 days a week, good for you! The more the better, but just know that exercise will increase your appetite, so be careful you don't binge after you work out or if you are hungry, select what you eat carefully and eat LOTS of fiber. Fiber doesn't stay in the system long, it's good for you, and most of the time, will fill you up and make you feel full for a long time. I wish you the best of luck!

90 minutes
and you should be taking in about 2000 calories a day.

I'd say anything over 30 minutes a day is good (as long as it's strenuous exercise). As for calories, you need to eat at LEAST 1200 or your body will think it's starving, and then go into "starvation mode" where it stores everything you're eating.

you need to exercise at least 3 times a week and each time needs to be 45 minute or more to gain maxium fat burn hope you get to your target wieght

Do all over body exercise. Swimming, cycling, gym is great. You dont need to do 2hrs. As I have been to gym 1hr for 3-4 days per week and I see results already. This is over 4wks. Dont push yourself too much or you will end up not going. Get a good fitness mag. It will help you plan a routine.

Your caloric intake should enable you to lose more than that without exercising. However, start slowly. Muscle soreness and stiffness will kill an exercise regimen quicker than boredom will. Best of luck.
