What supplements do you take and why?!
Question: How have these supplements helped you and how long have you been taking them?
I'm 5'6, 130lbs and I've been inspired to weight lift. I'm currently taking Hydroxycut Max for it's energy benefits, which has helped me tremendously. I've been taking it since 1/25/08 and along with proper diet and exercise (cardio and weight training for an hour 6 days a week) I have lost 4lbs since. I am also taking about 135g of whey protein a day.
Are supplements that guys use such as creatine and leukic or creakic suitable for females as well?

Good job on your weight loss. Wow, 135g of whey is overkill. It is intended as a supplement, not a main source of protein. I would bring it down to 2-3 scoops a day.
I take protein powder for mass, creatine for performance/mass, and a potent multi-vitamin.
Yes creatine is suitable for females.
You seem to know what you are doing, good luck with your fitness goals.
i take no xplode...for a big boost in endurance...it has taken my mental beast and physical endurance to another level..but i am thinkin about Gakic...well im not sure if u want to be taking those things for u ...unless ur body building
don't take NO Xpload it has an extreme ammount of caffine in it which contracts your blood vessels which isn't what you want for lifting.
