Question: i have my colon cleansing pills.i have never had a cleansing so thought maybe i should take the whole bottle.is this a good idea?

If you are looking to blow out your colon then sure.....

if you want a total clense and the vitamins are not helping you to feel that oh so fresh feeling...go to a spa and get an enema..that will wash out your pipes

ha ha,never heard of someone using dropping their kids off at the pool as a metaphor to taking a crap. thats real original! But in all honesty, you should probably read the directions and warnings on the bottle before attempting a cleansing
