Good leg workout for entire legs?!


Question: do these 3 weight enatiled movements and running or jogging. They are squats with dumbells or barbell. Lunges with dumbells and romanian or regular deadlifts with dumbells. They will cover your legs all around. The hams, the thighs and the muscles in the inner upper part of the legs.

bicycle ride or the gym cycle whitch u can adjust the resistant on it but still u need to work the calffs by it self or runing will work it all for u

A balance of weight training, and cardio. If you want one weight lifting exercise, squats or leg press hit almost all the muscles, and I agree that Bike riding is a good leg workout if overall strength isn't a concern.

If tone, weight loss, and general good health are your concern, a combination of weight training and cardio will have a much greater effect than either type of exercise by itself. Bigger muscles burn more calories. And muscles that are in shape can do more work (go faster) than ones in worse shape which also burns more calories.

Cardio and resistance training work well together, and their synergistic benefits will be noticable after a short time.

go for a riun/ride and do some squats lunges and calf raises
