What is a really good diet for 13 year old girl?!


Question: Im 13 1/2 years old my mom says my diet is messed up because i eat any and everything all day long ( im not fat im only 94 lbs) she told me i need to get on a diet with good healthy food because i will eat food that doesn't go good together in my stomach and i will wake up in the middle of the night throwing up ( most the time when i eat really greasy food).
what are some good diet ideas,food,and excersice options?

Try and stay away from simple sugars - i.e. those found in cokes and refined foods. Second, as you are still growing make sure you get enough calcium and protein. Third and maybe the hardest to do is eat vegetables and fruit. At your age you are probably picky, but if you get 2 green vegetables and 1 fruit you would be doing great.

Quick example:

bfast: oatmeal & banana and juice
lunch: ham & cheese sandwich with lettuce & tomato with some carrots and glass of skim milk.
dinner: grilled chicken breast, green beans, whole wheat bread and skim milk.

You'll probably get tired of stuff like this, but it gives you an a couple chances a week to cheat a bit. slice of pizza, chocolate cake, etc.

If you stick to this diet, you'll even start to feel that these foods make you feel sluggish and uncomfortably full.

Diet isn't the right way to put it. People who diet cut their calories and try to lose weight. If you're at a healthy weight, you just need to eat healthier, you don't need to diet. Try eating more whole grains and wheat stuff and cutting down on the greasy food, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and healthy dairy like milk and eggs and yogurt, and eat lots of protein- but not fried or cooked with lots of butter. Also, eating all day long isn't good for you- only eat when you're hungry. As for exercise, you don't need to work out unless you're overweight, but taking walks every day is always good for you.

dont go on a diet at 94 pounds when u are only 13 just cut out greasy food if it upsets your stomach.

I don't think your mother meant a lose weight kind of diet I think she ment she wanted you to eat healthier things and to eat your veggies. It sounds like you don't need to be loseing weight anyway. (if your mother disagrees I'd say ask to go to the doc and see what he/she thinks)
