scales go up because you are getting more muscle

also you have to use scales at exactly same time in different days and you must allow fluctuations due to drinking water or wearing something heavier or partying night before and being dehydrated

as long as the waist is going down you should be happy with your success!

Congrats! You are officially building muscle!! Muscle is more dense then fat, so many people see a rise in the number on the scale. Not to worry. You're doing great.

more muscles, my waist has gone down but i got heavier...

how many times do I have to say it,

weight is just a stupid number, it doesn't mean a damn thing! if your getting leaner and making progress who cares if you are actually weighing less?

When you go out you don't pin your wieght to your chest like a marathon runner do you?
Guys see the girl, not her weight, like I said your making progress so what does the number matter?

The reason is you are changing your composition from fat to more muscle, it's a good thing, muscle weighs much more than fat so as you burn fat and build smaller muscle your weight stays the same.

Your doing everything right, you shouldn't be dropping weight (depending on how much you weigh) keep it up!
