Answers: i dont think so because ive seen fat people sweating a lot and they never lose any weight.

None at all. It's a rather common misconception.

usually if you are doing a high impact exercise / cardio activity you will sweat and you are fat burning at this time. but if you were sweating on a hot day it wouldn't mean you were burning fat.

hope this helps.

,The trainers at the Gym said there is not

nope.

Everything (almost) that happens in your body is correlated, but you have to look more at causality. Why are you sweating? Is it because you're in a hot environment or is it because you're being more active. In the case that your sweat is caused by performing work (exercise, manual labor, etc.) then you will see a directly proportional link to sweating and fat loss.

However, there is not a relationship of causality. The fat being burned is not caused by the sweating. Sweat is your body's means of maintaining homeostasis. Temperature is a very sensitive thing to your organs and your brain, and sweat causes heat to be evaporated from your body. When you sweat, the heat is removed from your body as the sweat evaporates since water is a highly heat conductive compound.
