Get enough sleep. We're hungrier when we're tired AND more likely to follow cravings.

Stop drinking beer/sodas. Stop eating junk food. If you do remember to use moderation. Eat frequent small meals. Exercise. Use portion control. Stop taking elevators/escalators. Start playing a sport.
