Who's done HIIT? How about on a mini tramp??!


Question: I was just reading about HIIT and everyone raves about how much more beneficial it is than regular cardio exercises. I was wondering if anyone has done this exercise routine, and what kind of results they've gotten. I was wondering if it would be just as good on a mini tramp like 30 seconds-1 minute of moderate jogging on the mini tramp then the next interval a high intense jog. Does this seem like it would work just as effectively?

High-intense jog? It should be intense to your body. Sprinting is what you need to do in HIIT, not jogging. The important thing is to keep it intense during the sprint session, and you seem to know what you are doing. I don't think it'll be as effective, sorry.
