What are some good source of protein foods that i should eat to gain weight?!


Question: Peanut butter has lots of protein in it and while it has sat fat, it has a lot of good fat; Eggs are good and some dairy; meat has lots of protein but the sat fat is not that proportional/too much in red meat, so I would go with meats like turkey and chicken, maybe pork, and limit the red meat. There are also protein drinks and bars available for this sorta thing; just stop by a GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. Its important to have a variety of foods, a balanced diet so eat your fruits and veggies as well and see a professional trainer if you want to do weight training/ body building.

Chicken breast, whey or soy protein shakes.

im 165 cm tall, 57 kgs. and i need 130 grams of protein per day.

eggs, egg whites, chicken breast, salmon, beef. tuna.. whey protein.. don't take soy protein it can raise estrogen leveals in the body.. no SOY!

and take about one gram per pound that u weigh..

Egg whites. It might be tasteless, but you can mix in some turkey or cheese, salsa etc...
