Is eating pizza that bad for you?!

Question: I think I saw one day that pizza is just crazy full of fat and that. Is there just something different about pizza? where it's all just ok?

It depends on the pizza. The greasier and cheesier the pizza is, the worse it is for you. I wouldn't reccomend it if you're dieting. But, like any other high fat colestorol etc...food, it's ok if you eat it in moderation

yup, its that bad.

There is a lot of fat in the cheese and alot of grease in the meat there are also carbs init. but it isn't that bad . Depending on how much you eat and what kind you get. there are definately better things though and worse

Ya well take into account that there is a crap load of carbs in pizza your eating alot of white bread then there is the cheese which is high in calories then processed meats which are also high in calories Ive seen some pizza slices be as high as 500 cal so if you want to lose weight do what i do and limit pizza to once a week as a treat meal for eating healthy all week

It's not the pizza, it's the sulfite-laced processed meats you put on it that is bad. Leave off the fake meats and you have a good source of complex carbohydrates, lycopene from tomato sauce, monounsaturated fats from olive oil, and any number of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients from adding mushrooms, onions, olives, peppers, garlic, and other veggies.

White Flour, low grade cheese (from a cow) and empty high sugar sauce...plus greasy pepperoni and sausage... Its the bread and flour that is really unhealthy- Pasta is just as bad, people don't even think about it...because it is everywhere. White flour, preservatives, granulated sugar, too much dairy- it is just like obesity waiting to happen....

It raises your Cholesterol. (the heavy amounts of cheese)
My doctor said to never eat it the night before my cholesterol blood test. It will mess up the results.

Yes. Avoid pizza.
