Breakfast/ Working out in the Morning?!


Question: If you want to work out in the morning whats the best routine for breakfast? Should I wait until after or have it before going to the gym? I can't really get up any earlier but if I eat breakfast 30mins before the gym is that ok? Or can anyone suggest a better idea?

Fruit digests really quickly. It's a good idea to eat fruit prior to working out. The sugar will give you a little boost and help you w/ engery without making you feel full.

30 min prior is great!

eat breakfast 30 minutes before the gym
you will work out ALOT better and you won't die of hunger in the gym. I hate that feeling when i'm hungry and moving. I feel like I'm ready to faint.
plus, if you don't eat before you go to the gym, you will come home and proobably eat alot more

I say eat something small before going to work out, because the best time to eat is after you go to the gym, your metabolism is a lot faster, and you will burn more. just make sure u have self control.
