Fat around the belly indicates that you are eating too many carbs. Carbs turn into sugar almost immediately and when they have no where else to go in your body, they settle around the belly area. Try eating more protein like nuts, egg whites, chicken, fish mixed with salads and cut those portions in half. I promise you will lose weight tremendously quick!! Oh, don't forget to drink tons of water to flush out the fat.

well listen you dont sound like youre too overweight to me. what i recommend is that you do any type of exercise youre comfortable with doing in the winter time ( such as sit ups and push ups are my favorites ). maybe lift some weights. you can wait till spring to start out door exercise if you must. thats what i'm doing. as soon as the snow and ice melt's, youll see me out running 3 miles a day at least!

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.
