Ummm? Can you help me out?!


Question: My brother was 17 years old. He weighed 250 pounds. And hes only 5'7. I weigh 261 pounds and im 5'9. One summer break after he got out of school, he started walking about an hour to 2 hours a day. After a month we started to notice it looked like he lost weight. He dropped to 220 pounds in one summer. He just cutted back on eating junk food. I just want to know if anyone has done this and has successfully lost weight?

I want to do what he did. I want to lose about 30-40 pounds this summer. I just dont want to eat 5 small meals a day. What if I eat 3 meals? Im getting a treadmill next month. Last fall I did what he did, and lost 10 pounds in about 2 months.

Yeah three meals will work if you have to. Remember a big snack can be counted as a meal though. Try to walk,jog, play sports, lifts weights. Live an active lifestyle and you will get what you want.

Lately I've only been eating 3 meals a day and it's made me really tired. At the end of the day I end up eating the wrong thing and regret it.
Have the 3 important meals of the day and a few small meals in between. Get plenty of exercise and drink a lot of water.

well kinda, i eat special k cereal and lose 6 pounds a week so the whole weight losing thing i guess you could say works.
