Is a 5'7" 185lbs woman fat?!

Question: My measurements are 34G-28-43 (size 14/16 us sizing). I work out 2 hours a day 5 days a week (cardio and weights).

Given my pictures and stats, would you still consider me overweight/fat?

The websites say it should be between 18.5-24.9. I am at 29.
Can I ignore the BMI?

I couldn't see the pics, but you obviously have a fair bit of muscle on you because you lift weights. This is going to add some weight, BMI doesn't take into account muscle mass or frame size.

Also you carry most of your weight on the bust and hips as opposed to your waist which is very healthy. You have a waist/hip ratio of 0.65, anything below 0.8 is healthy.

Overweight, probably.

You should have a body fat test done.

Based only on the numbers you gave, you're overweight. However, as I'm sure you're aware, athletic people will often have a higher BMI than "normal" because muscle weighs more than fat.

Unfortunately, I can't see your pictures.

Edit:

Now I can see your pictures, thanks! I think you look great. Still, if you're worried have a body fat analysis done just to be safe.

Just by the numbers, you are overweight, the pictures didn't show up..but having a 28 inch waist is small to me. I don't know.. I don't think you are fat from your measurements.

you should consider the bmi. And each people might different opinions watching your pic, people who like thin would say your fat, and vice versa. i prefer you should consider your Body mass index
bmi = weight in kg / 2x height in meters. and if the answer is between 18.5 - 25 you are normal, 25- 30 overweight, 30-35 obese. swimming can really make you trim.

i honestly do not think ur fat....i think you look great! dont worry about what the bmi says because you look muscular and that could have somthing to do with what it says.

Yes,off course.

The woman in that picture does not weigh 185 pounds unless she is 6 ft tall.

I think you are overweight...considering your BMI and your pictures. To me you are kinda chubby. But if you wanted to be in the healthy range you wouldn't have to lose a ton of weight. Since you already do GREAT on exercising, just restrict calories a bit and you should be fine. I'm happy to hear that you do weights b/c in my opinion it is the best thing for getting a better body! You can also try pilates i love it too.

According to BMI yeah you are. You work out alot, are you going for a softer femanine look or are your going for more muscular? If fem. - im not going to say this to be rude because you asked so im assuming your opening your self up for critism, your wanting it, which only says your secure, so here goes- you have some junk in the trunk, your legs are thicker and your belly as my girls would say has some chubba chubba. Remember weight when you an athlete or a routine work out person is going to be higher, muscle weighs more than fat.
I wouldnt worry too much most of the fine as hell ( HOT) guys I know want women with meat on their bones. These 90lb when wet little spinners are out anymore. I know this cause all my friends are guys. They "want something to grab on to" or "meat is for men bones are for dawgs" You could weigh 185 and have a beautiful physique. I wouldnt worry too much. Trim down a little maybe but I wouldnt add on too much more muscle.

I would hardly call you fat. You're curvy...as a woman should be..and you have an "hourglass" figure. You're proportioned nicely. I've even just asked my hubby for his opinion, and he says you're good just the way you are.
