i weight 150 and want to weight 120 by the summer. I'm planning to lose 1-2 pounds a week (the safe route to not gaining it all back quickly and you don't cause health problems) which will get me really close to my goal weight. Eat balanced meals, don't think "omg fattening, i must avoid it" and you don't have to count calories constantly. Eat balanced meals, you can have your share of junk food, BUT, this is crucial, you must have exercise in your daily routine, at least a half hour of activity daily to give you a healthy start. You don't need to go to the gym, you can do all your workouts at home. Do a mixture of Cardio and weights. I just created a daily plan for myself. I wish I could show you my chart!! Also, if you want motivation and can go to the gym, maybe bring a friend along who has the same goal as you? It's much easier to stick to something if you have someone along side you.

Just keep it up with a healthy and safe liefstyle and you'll reach your goal in no time!

just a personal message buuuut.... even if you don't get to your goal weight in time, losing pounds may show you a toned body which is just as sexy a thinner body. A toned body can pull off anything and give you a hot look. My friend said she wanted to be 105, but is happy being at 130. She looks thin and toned and amazing in what she wears. And!! Drink tons of water! Hydrating yourself not only keeps your body going, thirst is sometimes mistake for hunger and you eat more then you need too.

if you want to loose weight make sure you slowly loose weight because that way u loose more body fat. just cut down the amount you eat, eat healthy food and excercise. the less u eat and more u burn the more u loose

yes avacodo is high in calories even though it is sooo delicious

you should try grape fruits.
i heard i you eat them before you exersice you burn more fat.

they are called the "fat burner fruit."

just dont over do it.

avacado's are good for you but in moderation...i want to lose about 40 lbs too by summertime....i k now what we need to do, it's just a matter of doing it :) eat less calories and fruits and veggies and exercize as much as we can....you need a weight loss buddy ...

start jogging. eery time you jog you it will get easire and you will lose more and more weight.

Some tips to loose weight:
1. Drink lots of water
2. Eat slowly, which mean Chew your food as much as possible.
3. Dance alone, while listening to music. This will work as an exercise.
4. Stop eating snacks at irregular times.
IF you make ur diet perfect then, u will loose lot of weight.

If possible, go for a 30mins walk in the morning if not daily, atleast weekends.

I dont believe that avacado makes you gain weight.
Personally, I would make sure that I worked out 1 hour a day 6 days a week, started counting calories and eating healthier.

I agree with all of the answers. I have been running for 8 years now and definitely think that running can be a good source of becoming a more lean self (I'm about 5'6", 123lbs and people keep on making jokes about how thin I am). I would recommend the following:

I would strengthen the core: calves, quads, hams, back and abdominal (the "six pack" muscles along with the obleks), chest and arms. But when strengthening these muscles, I would focus more on the muscle endurance not the muscle bulk. For more advice for this, I would consult with a personal trainer. For the running part, I would stay flexible as it helps/contributes to your balance (so do the muscles in your core) but also helps prevent some injuries like pulled muscles and shin splints. Also, I would try to make up a schedule where you can run for X amount of days and try to have a long run. I would start off slowly, running about 2-3 miles per run for the first week and increase my mileage per week. Make sure you have the following: a good diet, hydration, sleep, a good sense on how to take care of your body, and sleep. Good Luck!!!

i don't believe it makes you gain weight, but it does have a lot of calories... One way to lose weight without starving yourself if cut out all starches, which is bread rice pasta etc.. replace them with wheat bread wheat pasta, i know it sounds gross but i had to do it for my own health too because I'm pregnant and i used to weigh 110 too but not I'm about 155, so trust me you will start to love it without even realizing it..
