Anyone have an orgasm from exercise?!
Question: On a couple occasions during a vigerous work out class- suprise! I noticed myself teetering on the edge of orgasm out of nowhere. I'm not thinking about sex remotely I'm getting my burn on. . .usually lower abs, hip flexers, quad burning exercises. Its awkward to be so arroused by nothing! I assure you its not my clothing or anything rubbing. When I used to go to clubs and dance all night to trance music this would happen too when my legs muscles are fatigued and burning, if I push through I get euphoric and very arroused. I've very rarely had this happen during sex though! What's going on? Would love to harness this feeling in bed- not at the gym, yuk! Any thought?. . . . .

OMG when i was in high school during gym this would happen to me, I told my husband about it years ago (he is a doctor) and he said its just hormones.... I am glad it doesnt happen again, OMG if it happens soon, I am going to be so pizzed off at you for reminding me that this used to happen to me as well

Yes, I do sometimes orgasm from exercise. I don't know why it happens, either. I think we're just lucky because you are the only other woman I've ever heard of that this happens to!

I always thought it was an urban legend about climbing a rope in gym class could cause an orgasm. If I were ever in a class completely of girls, I am certain this would have happened. That would have been a totally embarrassing situation.
