Tasty foods that help you lose weight?...?!

Fruit! They are sweet, tasty, and healthy. I personally enjoy kiwi, strawberry, apples, grapes, and banannas.
Depends on what you consider tasty =) I consider fruits tasty. I may eat only fruits when I want to lose weight. Or if you like sweets, buy those weight watchers sweet snacks & cranola bars. They're about 100-200 cals each and only eat 2-3 of those per day will make you full the whole day if you space them out 6 hours apart.
I usually put a little bit of lowfat cheese and bacon bits on my egg whites and chicken.
I eat healthy all week and have one to two cheat meal when I eat anything I want in moderation, and I still continue to lose 1-2lbs/week

Skim milk kicks *** and it's super good for weight loss. Some people have a hard time adjusting to the different consistency, though, it's a lot less creamy than other milks.
