Are these good results for Workout test?!
Question: k i had to do this workout test and these were my results
im 16 6foot 2inches and weigh 150-155 pounds
standing long jump= 8ft. 9 inches
standing vertical= 30 inches (27 in jeans)
40 yard sprint= 4.95 seconds
line jump in one minute=114
pushups in one minute= 46
situps in one minute=49
1 mile= 7mins. 24seconds
im not sure what the goal is for these but is that ok fitness for someone my age
btw i know my 40 yd. is a lil slow

who are u people. 3.9 forty yard dash???, are you kidding me. that is impossible, the test method you are using is DRASTICALLY inaccurate if they told u, u ran a 3.9 or... ur lieing.. and a douche
4.9 is a good 40 i dont know if the first replier was making a joke but im tired.

i dont know much about the running time and jumping LOL but the mile and situps and pushups are pretty good.
Those are fairly good results. The standing long jump, line jump, pushups, and mile are all fairly good. However, you could definetly work on the vertical, 40, situps.
Their a little bit above average results.
Keep training and they will get very good.

pushups in one minute= 32
situps in one minute=64
1 mile= 7min 14 sec
Im athletic , but not in any sports
my results for that (im really athletic)
131/4 years old 5'5" 100lbs
standing long= 8'8"
standing vertical= 34"
40 yard sprint= 4.5 seconds
line jumps= 100
pushups= 43
sit-ups= 45
mile= 5 mins 59 secs
{my mile happened in a 2 mile race :)}
