What is the fastest way to drop 6% bodyfat and still retain muscle?!
Question: Keep lifting, but eat A LOT more protein, like 1.5g per pound of bodyweight. I am cutting right now and trying to keep my muscle mass and have been eating every 2 hours or so.

6% is great. Leave your body alone. Some fat is required on our bodies for health.
