How to get more vascularity?!

Answers: I have some vascularity (veins) but I am looking to get more. Any advice would be great.

Eliminate all milk products from your diet including whey protein- replace it with egg protein if you have to. Milk gives you a thin layer of fat under your skin that covers your veins.

Start taking at least 1000mg of choline and 1000 inositol (those are B vitamins you can buy at the health food store) divided up into as many different times throughout the day as you can.. You can take even more than that if you want, it's water soluble so you can't take too much of it. Choline helps regulate fat metabolism in your liver and it works better with inositol.

Also start taking a couple of balanced b-100 and a few hundred extra milligrams of vitamin B6 broken up into a couple different times of the day- with meals is best. B6 is what converts food to energy and helps you store less bodyfat- you need to take it with the other b vitamins though because if you take B6 without the others you can get a deficiency in one of the other Bs.

Red meat.Protien.

Protein is known to help with vascularity
Iron in healthy portions also helps alot, so start taking either a centrum 1 a day or a GNC Mega-man Sport Multivitamin, it'd give you energy while working out as well.
