Tummy fat?!


Question: Okay: I am addicted to sugar and candy and so it's really hard for me to not eat the stuff and so I need a way to burn it off and get rid of my bulging tummy. Crunches don't work for me. I've been doing 100 a day since october and nothing has happened. Does anyone have any alternative excercise?

You could have a killer stomach under the fat but you need to do cardio and atleast cut the candy in half for your stomach muscles that you have been working on to show through.

first thing you gotta get rid of is the candy. you cant be burning a lot of calories and jut go back and eat it after you work out. I think you should get a gym membership so you can go and try all the diferent machines they have. one is bound to work!

Have you tried sugar free candy? At first it might not taste as good as regular, but you would get used to it. If not, you really are going to have to cut back on the candy. Don't have it in the house. When you make it so easy to binge, you don't realize how much you're eating. Keep one bag and when it's gone for the week, that's it. The problem is that because of our hormones and makeup, women gain weight in their child bearing areas. Sucks, huh? Good luck!
