How do I make my treadmill smoother?!
Question: I just recieved an older treadmill. Its not ancient but a few years old. How do I get the belt to move smoother. It seems to be catching and makes it annoying to run on.

You could apply a lubricant under the belt. I just got a treadmill not too long ago, and it came with a lubricant and it said to apply it every month or so. I haven't had the treadmill that long, so I haven't applied any yet so I'm not sure how it works. good luck!
Or..do you have the instruction manual? Sometimes the belt is off-center and will catch on the edge. The manual should show you how to realign it.
