What foods ar rich in iron and protein?!


Question: I take nutrition bars everyday, but I am just wondering what foods are good sources of iron and protein and other essential vitamins.

spinach for iron, meat for protein, nuts, some dark green leafy veggies

steak and eggs

Fish and Spinach!

And fruit. Fruiiitttt.

Beets and liver

iron: spinach and tomato
protein: soy, beans, dairy and meat

Beans

Iron=Green foods

Protiens=eggs, meat, tofu

liver

iron pills and fish and bananas!!!!

Liver or beefsteak

Green leafy vegetables, pulses, eggs, red meat (moderate amounts), nuts, jaggery

Well of course fish, beans, and nuts are a source of protein. And if you like it, Soy Milk has lots of soy protein which is great for you! As for Iron... besides spinach, tomatoes, and dark leafy veggies, spices and herbs such as cinnamon, thyme, rosemary, and paprika have high iron content too!

Goji Berries are a powerhouse fruit!
