How do i tone my arms without making it bigger?!

Question: will yoga work

Answers: will yoga work

Yoga is one of your options, and will work.
Also, to tone muscles, lift light weights with many reps. This provides the best tone.
Heavier weights as lesser repetitions add muscle mass.
But if you just want tone, do excersies with smaller weights at many repeitions.

Lots of reps with a low weight will tone your arms rather than gaining muscle.

yoga is a good way, or lift weights, way low weight with a lot of reps. If you want to bulk up you use a lot of weight with a few reps. So for toning you don't want much weight.

losing fat (that means get your fat *** on the treadmill) and lifting weights (low weight, high reps)

yoga's for *****'s and it wont do ****

Lift not too heavy weights and stop when you start feeling a painful burn, do like 15 at a time, count 5 seconds and do another 15 but stop if you feel your muscles burning cause that means theyre going to tear and get bigger

You can lower your body fat percentage by burning more calories than then ones you intake therefore making your arms seem more muscular. Sprints are really good. Also, ow weight with 15-20 rep sets.

Over & above the low-weight/high rep thing, go freestyle weights with mixed workouts to maximize flexibility.

Yoga's good, just work on the resistance exercises as desired.

And take it slow, Yoga's serious stuff.

Mini "barbells" is what I use to tone my arms :)

House chores help. Vacuuming, carrying heavy loads of laundry, washing the dishes and stacking them away in the cupboards.
I just talked to a professional trainer who contributes articles for the Fitness magazine, she said this: weight lifting feeds off sugar, aerobics feeds off fat. If you want to get a lean body, do weightlifting for 30 minutes before you do aerobics. Because if you do it the other way around, you wouldn't have anymore kalories left from your aerobic session to do the weight lifts.

Eat something sweet or have a tall glass of mango-guava smoothie after your work outs.

Since our metabolism gets slower the more we age, keep an eye on what you put into your mouth. Eat healthy and sufficiently.
