Is eating this stuff ok?!


Question: i work out im 15 i do alot of push ups and sit ups and im in shiloion kung fu second rate tko but im trying to get lean but kinda big muscle and well i eat a healthy breakfast and a healty dinner but at lunch at school ill buy like a pizza or cheeseburger with fries or chicken poopers and stuff so is it ok for me to eat like that while im working out and then start eating a 100% healthy when im like 17 and start going to the gym to lift weights?

You have to balance it with your healthy food. Everyday you probably don't want fried or greasy food. However weigh them against your other options. Is that the best thing you school serves? I know at our schools here options are highly limited and none of them are healthy. A food choice like those wont blow a healthy plan but it can't become normal.

ewww...chicken poopers? But yeah, I cheeseburger won't kill you if you are otherwise eating healthy =)
