Body building supplements/ cell tech?!

Question: Cell Tech, along with other creatine delivery systems claim to cause an insulin spike in order to maximize the creatine absorpsion. From what I know, insulin cause the body to cease the fat burning process, which I do not want. Does anyone know how long this spike lasts and is it substantial enough to cause fat to accumulate? I have a good metabolism and I'm pretty well defined. I spend a decent amount of time in the gym and play soccer for cardio. I'm 5,9 and 155 lbs.

I have never heard about cell tech. You are right about the insulin spikes and fat burning process. But I don't think it could harm you. The point of getting creatine is to get bigger and bulky. Besides it is good to eat fast absorbing carbs after the training and that kind of food in general rises your insulin spikes. This helps you not to loose muscle as a fuel right after the training. I don't think you have to worry that much about that kind of insulin spikes especially if you want to gain some pounds.

CELL-TECH will get you hyuuuuuuuge!!! I suggest you not take it unless you want to gain 50+ pounds of muscule mass over the next 2 weeks
