Slim, but it may look skinny to some because she is tall. It is actually comparable to a girl of 5ft1 and 110lb, which I doubt anyone would be saying is too skinny. Tall people have the advantage of appearing thinner for their height than short people of comparable weights.

I'd go with skinny. That's too low of a weight for 5'11". Unless of course she's a model, which they would label her as overweight. What a shame.

Sounds skinny to me...slim at the least...never fat. That is a tall frame to carry only 150 lbs. Don't try to go smaller.
