HELP........treadmill users, I need help?!
Question: I walk on treadmill for 15minutes only as I don't have much time. And I walk for 3m/s. Is that enough? I have weight of 69Kg and 153cm height. Tell me how much I should improve

you should be exercising for at least 30 minutes a day. If you can;t do it all at once break it up into 2 groups of 15minutes. Doing things like always taking the stairs and parking further will all help, Get yourself a pedometer and I'll be surprised how much just being extra active can help..... but just make sure u are watching your food and water intake as well or you may as not bother. I'm 152cm and was 80kgs... now down to 62 -started out by doing what i just suggested.... now I'm right back into the gym and loving it!
If you do this daily you will definately lose weight. For faster results start eating heathier(or maybe you already do). But if you do this everyday you will lose weight. Try to get on sometimes for 30 min's. I lost quite a bit of weight from the treadmill. Good for you!!!!

If you want to burn more calories within the same amount of time, try alternating your walking with short sprints. Just rev up the treadmill for about a minute every 3 minutes. Start slowly and just work your way up. Also, if your treadmill does this, increase the inclination. That way you'll make the most of the time you do have to work out.
