Answers: Should I eat oatmeal? or are there too many carbs in there?

Its good it will give you energy during the whole day.

oatmeal with bananas is a great way to start the morning. It is very healthy.

Not all carbs are the enemy. Just try to get your carbs from whole grain products and not white sugar, white flour, etc.

Oatmeal is good for you...just watch the sugar and flavors added or that you add.

I might have bran flakes and soymilk for b'fast...or whole wheat toast, no cal butter spray, and a couple of pieces of turkey bacon...or a wheat bagel with a tablespoon of peanut butter...maybe a scrambled egg (or egg whites) with toast...lots of options. ?

Oatmeal is good :) x

no! the carbs in oatmela are the healthy ones ur body needs! there is a ddiference between good barbs and bad carbs! and carbs are not bad, they are good and ur main source of energy! thete arent alot of carbs in them and the only carbs u should stay away from are the ones in cookies, cakes, and white products...whole wheat cereals, pastas, rice, and oatmeal are the healthiest things u can eat and low carb diets are also very bad!...SORRY I LECTURED U! but u need to understand carbs...
