haha no they don't work. I tried that electric shock put jelly on your stomach and throw that on too. Most of the ab products you see out are ineffective. Nothing is a close substitute for any manual crunches or sit ups you do. If you don't like doing them as much - try getting an aerobic ball and doing it on them. Its easier and less stressful on the back
the sweat belts from modells etc do make you lose inches quite fast! i run and lift weighst with it everyday but it sometimes leaves a red rash if it rubs against you.
