Do you guys know any good diet and exercise programs to loos weight quick?!


Question: I left the military over a year ago and I'm already fat. I let myself go. lol

Anyway I tried PT 3 mile run, crunches and pull ups but it does'nt seem to work.

Do you guys know any good programs?

I am 260 now and my max is 215 I think. I want to be at least 190 though.

It always comes back to the calories consumed vs. the calories burned.

Eat healthy foods, stay away from a lot of fats and sugars. Go easy on the carbs. Get some exercise.

Burn more than you eat and you will begin to lose weight. Patience and self control are critical.

It is better to find out why you gained weight before planning a diet and exercise routine because most people don't solve the problem but try to get rid of fat but can't at the end. Most of us binge because of physiological problems and solving that automatically solves the problem and after that our bodies lose the excess fat without any force.
