Help! Diahhrea ruining my life.?!

Question: I know it sounds kinda funny but this is actually serious to me. I'm a 24 year old male around 5'5" 135 pounds. It seems like everytime I eat..no matter what it is...I have to **** about a half hour later. I've had diahhrea about twice a day for the last four days. I **** on average about 3 times a day and it's been this way since before I can remember. Probably since elementary school I imagine. I thought it was a nervous habit for the longest time cause I would always have to go before going to class in high school. What the hell is wrong with me? I eat a normal diet. I drink occasionally and I have never smoked. Please...no jokes....as funny as you might find this. It's actually pretty embarassing. Thanks

There are quite few things that can give you chronic diarrhea like lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, nut intolerance, coffee, aspirin ...and the list goes on. There are parasites that can give you chronic diarrhea. There are diseases that affect absorption of various things you've eaten, diseases that cause inflammation in the surface of your bowel, diseases that affect the nervous system causing diarrhea.

Obviously you need to talk to a doctor about this. A week before you go, you should keep a very precise diary of everything you've eaten, everything you've drunk, every medication you've taken and the time it was ingested. A list of any other illnesses you've had. The likelihood is that it's something like food allergy or irritable bowel syndrome and the doctor may want to try removing a few commonly irritating foods from your diet

Here's a ridiculously long list of possibles. Read it at your own peril ...it might give you diarrhea (c;

You really need to go to the doctor. There could be something seriously wrong. Excessive diarrhoea can kill you and if it is ongoing it can have serious long term consequences for your health.
