How to loose inches on your waist?!


Question: i am 14 years old and i weigh about 121 and am about 5 foot 7. i workout at least 5 days a week. but when i eat, all the unneeded fat seems to go to my thighs and sides of my stomach, does anyone know how i can get rid of this excess fat?

Work out your mid section. Situps, crunches, leg raises.

Sit ups BABY!!!! Thats the tried and true way!

try running, pilates, yoga or any aerobic activity. and watch what you eat.

hoola hoop is good for waist, leg lifts are good for thighs and just run to lose one pound you have to burn 3500 calories
