Trying to lose the weight, need help?!

Question: About 4 years ago, I was topping 185. I'm 5'4 and didn't feel good about myself. Started using Zantrex3 and had fabulous results. In about 3 months I got down to 139. Felt great and looked good. Yet I tried it again and get a bad heartburn and get kinda sick to my stomach. Does anyone know of anything out there that will help in burning fat without the side affects that I have been encountering? I'm 35 and have tried the eating right. I've also tried what my mom and aunt have been doing and thats training yourself to take a bite and take a drink. That step works amazingly and I will eventually do that, but am looking for something to kick it in the butt and give me a little head start.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Take a pilates class at your local gym or ymca, it may seem easy, but the results over time will speak for themselves.

There is NO quick fix for weight loss. You need to join Weight Watchers. They are the best.

Pills or meds are NOT good for you ~ as you have found out.

Did the Zantrex have ephedra in it then? I know they don't make it like that anymore. I had good results with Xenadrine berfore they took ephedra out. As far as over the counter products go I've tried several with no results. I started seeing a diet doc and got prescription meds and lost 20lbs in a month along with eating right. You may want to check into that. If you want any other info about it you can send me a message. Good luck.

That's what ya get for taking pills.
Just so ya know, a pill doesn't solve all your problems.

Remember that amateur.

Weight loss is a simple formula, and it is absolutely fool proof.

1st Reduce the number of calories you consume.(Diet)
2nd Increase the number of calories you burn (Exercise)

You will lose weight!

try wieght watchers...i hear that they are really great...i want to try them when i have the chance...or maybe curves...but baically u just have to monitor what u eat and excersice...alot of people think they can just cut out what they eat...but excersie is a major thing...and drink lots of water if u can u should drink about 8 cups a day...good luck...
