How can I develop the bottom four abs?!


Question: Can anybody out there help me. I'm trying to get the full...washboard (8pack) abs and so far...I got the top four...looking nice. THe bottom four..are really hard to get developed. DO you have any ideas? Please don't just say "do crunches." or "eat healthy" Or something like that. If you could tell me what you do....or if you know of any ab routines, stomach routines that really work....that would be great. I greatly appreciate your answers.

well im semi toned....lol...

i run very morning...i dont "diet"....but i eat properly...i do 25 push ups a day and about 50 crunches....but they are special ones...designed to tone the stomach...

you keep both legs up knees bent...like a normal crunch position...you sit up...and then...you twist to one side...and then twist to the other....lay back down...

and you repeat this...

there is also leg lifts for this...lifting your leg straight up....as high as you can to your chest....bend it...and move it to the oppostie side(so if your lifting your right leg you move it to the left side)....

Leg lifts! The ultimate lower ab exercise. Get to it! I'm sure you already know about eating healthy to build the muscle then, I suppose.

ugh a ton of sit ups! but im no work out expert i just run... ummm yeah thats the most simplest way i can think of... oh gosh im no help!
