PLEASE Help Me?!?!


Question: I am going on a cruise in 3 days...... i really want to be able to wear this tankini I have had for 2 years. Theres only one problem I have a roll of fat right before my waist line that is all i need to loose to look good in it! Any Solution?? {{NO PILLS PLEASE}} Thank you SOOO much!

Cut out all the snacks and especially watch your diet on the cruise. With all the food around it is hard not to eat all the time. Do alot of sit ups also, although you will not loose it all at least you'll be a little trimmer. Post some photos when you get back!

well in one pound of fat there is 3,500 calories, and if its onli a small roll then i would say thats a bout a pound of fat so therefore i would suggest that you only eat beans for the next few days, and try to loose 1000 calories per day, this works for me, when ever i need to loose weight fast thats what i do.

Sorry to say but you cant lose that fat in less than 3 days. The only way would be to schedule an emergency liposuction appointment, which would hurt and cost a lot of money, or fast. If you dont eat anything for 3 days, you may lose just a little bit of the fat, but not all. The best way is to just start eating lighter and exercising more starting right now, and hopefull by the end of your cruise your roll of fat will decrease. The best option for you right now is to not wear a tankini, unless, you dont mind letting the fat show. Either way, your not going to lose it quickly enough.

Well... 3 days is very little time... I am going to make a suggestion that will take away your fat in 6 weeks... that's a lot of time, but most of the fat that you will lose will come from your belly... try the Abs Diet. It's very good... i don't follow the food routine, i only do the excersices and go to the gym 3-4 times a week... i have lost fat, not punds becuase i've been building muscles, but most of my fat is gone... So, maybe for this cruise you won't be as skinny as you want to be able to show you tankini, but i bet for the next one you will!! Good Luck!!

I really hope you don't decide to starve yourself or eat an unbalanced diet. Everyone's right you can't loose the weight in three days, but if you start eating healthy and doing a arobic/strength training exercises right away you'll feel better about yourself and maybe for your next big event the weight will be gone :) Plus maybe if you got another swimsuit that flattered your body more you'd feel more confident and plus you get to go shopping which is always good! :) But maybe you should ask your friends what they think cause you probably look good in the suit you have already.
