first of all, it is important to not starve yourself. Reasonably, it could take two months to lose 15 pounds. If five to six days a week, you excersing aerobically, and start eating healthy, this is possible. Don't starve yourself in your diet. It is okay if you get fats in your diet. Just remember, everything in moderation. Also, eat foods high in fiber and protein, as this will help you out.

well a good way to lose weight is to drink a glass of pure water first thing when you wake up. This will increase you metabolism for the day. Eat a big breakfast and not just 1 huge meal a day eating a breakfast actually helps you lose weight.
