What is the best form of exercise for a 15 year old?!

jumping jacks, push ups and lunges will give you a nice easy balanced workout. you can even do some over the head lifts to work your shoulders and tricepts more. if you dont have weights you can do these with books or fill up a backpack with as much weight as you want.

Just get involved in a team sport. Then you will have a regular work-out schedule, and it'll be lots of fun!

walk!!! walk and walk some more!! Clean house for your mother!! hey, that is heavy work exercise! Clean the yard if you have one!

Did you know sweeping and mopping will use up more calories than an hour of sit ups? Pushing the vacuum around the room will do almost as much good.

Do anything other than to sit in front of the TV or computer or play stupid hand games like Rubics cube things.

Play outside, walk for 1 hour every day, or ride a bike for 1 hour every day.
