OK well I'm 5'2 and was 150 and lost 10 pounds eating about 1000 calories a day with no workout in 5 weeks.

so you could probably do it in about 4 weeks.

five to seven weeks...if you are consistant. Try not to think about how long instead focus on each day.

Thats a really LOW calorie count for your age. You are still maturing, and should be careful if you lower your calorie intake. I would discuss this with a dietician if I were you.

But to answer your question, probably around 4-6 weeks...however your body will start to store all the fat it can if you dont eat enough, and the weight loss will be very slow.

First of all, you're not eating enough. I really wish people would do some research before posting a number and hoping that it works.

The absolute rock bottom limit you should be eating is 1444 calories a day as this is your Base Metabolic Rate. And the total amount of calories a day you should eat to keep your weight in check (based on a moderately active lifestyle) is 2238 calories a day.

Now, taking into account your 300 calorie a day run, you'll be burning 2100 calories a week. This is about 2/3 of a pound of fat a week. If you cut your calorie needs by 700 let's say to bring your total calories a day down to around 1500, you'll wind up with a calorie deficit of 4900 a week. This is equal to about 1 1/3 pounds a week. Congratulations, you're losing 2 pounds a week which is healty, possible and the chance of regaining the weight later is minimal.

If you do the math, this will take 6 weeks or so.
