This 7 day eating plan can be used as often as you like. If correctly followed it will clear your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being as never before. After only 7 days of this process you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 possibly 17 pounds. This diet is fast and fat burning and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you take in. NO DRINKING ALCOHOL ON THIS DIET. Because everyones digestive system is different this diet will affect everyone differently. After being on this diet for several days you will find that your bowel movements have changed. If you are struggling then eat a cup of bran or fibre.

NO:
Bread, alcohol, carbonated beverages (including soft drinks of any kind), fried foods or oils.
YES:
Plenty of water along with combination of the following: black coffee, unsweetened tea, unsweetened fruit drinks, cranberry juice and skimmed milk.

BASIC FAT BURNING SOUP:
1 large can of crushed tomatoes
3 large onions
1 large can of beef broth
1 pkt vegetable soup mix dry
with 1 pt of water
1 bunch of celery
1 can or fresh bunch of green beans
1 green pepper
2lb of carrots
1/2 pint of water or oxo
season with salt, pepper, curry, parsley or hot sauce.
cut veggies into small to medium pieces. Cover with water and boil for 10 mins. Reduce to simmer and continue cooking until veggies are tender. Add beef broth, canned tomatoes and vegetable soup (made up according to packet instructions) add 1/2 pint of water to mix with oxo etc.
This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. This soup will not add calories, the more you eat, the more you lose.

DAY 1
any fruit except bananas. Cantelope and watermelon are lower in calories than most fruits. Eat only soup and fruit today and have a big salad.
DAY 2
eat all vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with all the fresh raw or canned veggies. Try to eat green leafy vegetables and stay away from dry beans peas or corn. eat veggies along with the soup. At dinnertime tonight, reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter, with a salad. DO NOT eat ANY fruit today.
DAY 3
eat all the soup, fruit and veggies you want. Do not have a baked potato today. If you have eaten the above for three days without cheating you should have lost 5-7lbs.
DAY 4
Eat at least 3 bananas and drink as much skimmed milk as you can today along with your soup. bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates as is the milk, but you need the potassium and carbs today.
DAY 5
you may have 10 to 20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes or as many as 6 tomatoes today. Eat the soup at least once today.
DAY 6
Eat beef and veggies to your hearts content today. You can even have 2-3 steaks if you like! with green leafy vegetables. No baked potato though and be sure to eat the soup at least once today.
DAY 7
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit and veggies. Again be sure to stuff yourself with the soup.

well. if you run/swim walk/ for 2 combined hours every day and eat 1200cal/day it's possible. be phanatically obsessed with losing weight and don't slip up like everybody else.

Life is too short to potentially be open to hurt yourself in order to loose weight. Weight loss and slimness is not glorifying enough to ruin your health over. The best way to do it healthily, is to increase exercise and eat healthily, but not dangerously. Extreme dieting can be a danger to your body.

When you starve yourself your muscles get lost before your fat does so DONT DO THAT. Drugs are beyond RETARDED! So RUUUN. It is the best way. And dont eat out and BUY junk! put someting like a big ball on your but and do sit ups so that you get flexation and good abs! Good luck!

Three months would be a substantial amount of time to see alot of change. Sprinting (walking and running) is a great way to gain cardio stamina and lose weight. A healthy green diet during the week and a cheeseburger on the weekend is a good way to start a diet. Also, when building muscle, pastas and proteins are the way to go. Something like rice and tuna is a good meal when building muscle. Another great workout would be a heavy bag. They run about 100 dollars for a decent heavy bag. Good luck.
