I already am extremely skinny, but i wish i wasnt. what should i do?!


Question: Realize that all body types are different...have you ever heard the expression "the grass is always greener on the other side" ?....I wish I was super skinny, I am very athletic...sometimes you fill out as you grown older....your body goes through major adjustments @ every 7 years. Just concentrate on being healthy in both mind and spirit....there are worse things than being skinny...

eat junk food

Eat

eat protien rich foods. and foods with the correct type of fat content like unsaturated, you could gain weight the healthy way.

Make sure you eat healthy. Eating a bunch of junk food isn't going to help your health any. More than likely, it is genetics. Just take care of your body, and love who you are just like you are.

CARB IT UP.

or eat even more than you do
and do less excercise.

I was too until I hit 18 and then gained weight, but nothing I tried worked until then. You can take weight gainers if it will make you feel better though.
