Fat losing tips?!


Question: My biggest problem areas are "the love handle area", Inner thighs, and lower abdominal region (which are the places you first start to see you are gaining fat, and the hardest to get rid of) I"ve done literally tons of crunches, and all that has done for me is tone my upper abdominal region, and not my lower, it looks kinda funny cuz i have muscle up top, and flab down low, and i want to even it out, without increasing the ammount of muscle mass I already have on my upper abdominl region. I really need help with this, you don't know how much I will appreciate good advice or instruction. Even a website that gives instructional videos would be very helpful, thank you so much... Also, I really don't want to tone, I know there is muscle under the fat, I mainly just want to get rid of the fat, and if not all, most of it.

WATER water WATER.........lots of it! Along with a healthy meal plan and exercise (walking is the best). The fat will just drop off. You will be amazed.
