FSDFSDFSDF!! obese, ugh.?!

Question: Okay so I'm a fatass. I weigh 180 and I'm 5'11ish.. I lost 15lbs over the summer and now I'm on the "weight plateau" and I can't get below 180lbs!! I seriously don't know what to do.. I've gone to the extreme and cut my calories down to 800 per day and walked 5 miles EVERY DAY. What should I try doing? I really want it surgically removed but I'm only 15.. So yeah, what should I do/try??

you have to be really overweight to have it surgically removed
you're just on the BRINK of overweight
so you're not obese at all
if you cut your calories way down your body stores them as fat
so up your calories to over 1000 and up your walking or running
sorry, that's all i've got

you should eat many meal but the amount for each meal should be little ..as this way you can cut down and still remain healthy ..as if you skip meal then you might have stomach ulcers or gastric ..
in additon when excersing ..you have to sweat .. if no sweat come out then you are not really excersing ..resulting in no effect at all ..

well done on losing 15 pounds but your body has adapted to your programme and is able to get you through 5 miles without burning alot of energy. My advice is do something different run/ jog or better yet do intervals with sprinting. Sprinting is far more effective at burning body fat.

Do not cut you calories so much you are not eating enough and doing more harm than good. Your body is in energy saver mode its trying to preserve itself, turning the calories into fat and not assisting in weight loss. Up your calories by eating lots of small meals through out the day this will keep up your metabolism and the chance to burn fat.

Talk to a trainer or nutrionist they will give you a good diet and exercise plan

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills. Check their website at
http://www.diet-fun-help.us , my aunt got a free trial and paid only $4.95 shipping and handling.
