I need help with my weight?!


Question: I am 16 and I weigh like 220-246. And I am 6 foot and 2 inches. I am overweight and I want to lose fat and gain weight(muscle). How should I do this?

PROTEIN is KEY.
i would say for weightloss that about 70 grams a day is what you need, whether its from meat, fish, protein bars or egg.. Be sure to eat 6 small meals a day and never forget breakfast.. thats also another thing that will help you immensely along with water. if you use those things and incorporate lots of fruits and veggies AND TONS of water, you can begin to adopt a heatly lifestyle that will help you lose weight. be sure to eat between 1200 and 2000 calories a day to avoid system shock and things getting messed up.

diet first then do weight lifting if u do da same ur metabolism is gonna keep changing u r going to loose fat but then ull gain it back
