Does eatting lots of food make you bigger.?!


Question: If i ate a lot more food, while still worked-out, would i get bigger in a not obiese way. Basically I just hate being skinny, but I dont wanna become obiesidy.

Also would I have to increase calories, eat more food, or eat certain foods? What foods should I try to eat, while also not getting more body fat.

Yeah bro,if your serious about putting on some muscle then you should eat alot,but not junk! To increase your muscle mass even more you should buy a supplement called CREATINE.Go do some research on creatine it's very helpful.To gain mass the most important thing you need is PROTEIN.You should eat atleast about 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight.So say you weigh about 145lbs,then you should consume anywhere from 120-180 grams of PROTEIN a day.CHICKEN,TURKEY,TUNA,OATMEAL are all great foods to eat.Try to eat every 3-5 hours. About 5-6 times a day is about right! and a personal tip from me to help you even more: Eat breakfeast every morning! Your body burns off nutrients while you sleep,so the sooner you eat when you awake,then better your chances of getting in shape and adding mass! Hope this helps my friend!

If you were to work out every day, and eat like a bag of chips, you wont gain weight.. you burn it off.

You only normally gain weight if you dont work off the calories.

it will make u bigger but to get muscle weight u will need to workout and make sure the food your eating is healthy nad not just potato chips...

and best thing is to actually eat 4-6 smaller meals a day

Sort of. If you eat foods such as meat and dairy products which contain protein then it will make you bigger. Eating McDonald's will also make you bigger....................but in a fat way

gotta eat right

if you wanna get big( as in ripped or buff) do this

eat 6 small meals a day, like protien shakes, nuts, meat, salads, make sure its healthy, you must eat alot of protien. but dont only eat protien you have to get in your carbs and veggies

example:

wake up- protien shake with 3 scoops of protien and a bannana, milk nd ice

mid morning- bag of trailmix and mabey a protien or granola bar

lunch- have a sandwich with alot of meat in it, no mayo and very little cheese

afternoon-protien shake same as breakfast

dinner- good amount of meat, light is better, like chicken and pork or extra lean beef, and some rice and beans.

this way you can eat normal, live with it,get big, and be healthy
