Love handles/tones lower body?!

RUNNING! melts body fat, start walking then as you get used to it, begin to jog. In a few months you will be up to jogging 3 miles, that will be plenty. For love handles get a mop handle or something similar and do wind mills, kind of like touching your toes right hand to left foot, left hand to right foot etc. To slim down, the easiest and quickest way is to drink lots of water to wash away fat, and run. You will be amazed at your transformation. Good Luck p.s. keep eating healthy

try to do sit ups, great for your belly area and also do toe touches

for lower body do squats, and jump rope.
and for flatter belly do crunches and sit ups

tyr p90x, ab ripper X it really works the abs, also do tons of cardio if you can running or cycling.

Thus far I have done that and it seems to be working.
