I have EATING problems? help!!!!!!!!?!


Question: well i work out alot and eat pretty healty and im trying to get big but im 15 and i wanna start lifting weights when im 17 but for now i do alot of push up and sit ups and im in martial arts but like at lunch time at school i just cant stop myself from buying the pizza and cheese burgers ther just so good what do i do and every day i tell my self this is the last day i eat this crap but i never do and i plan on drinking protein shakes when i turn 17 will that help me to build muscle?

hmm try avoiding those type of foods for a peroid of time, bring some cold lunch u knw? ur exericinsg thats good, i dunno about protein shakes much though

If you can't stop yourself, then you don't want it as bad as you think you do.

Why are you waiting until you hit 17 to start lifting weights? Those "studies" that claim underage people shouldn't lift weights have been discredited. There's no reason why you can't start now. Hopefully, your high school has a weight room. As for drinking protein shakes when you turn 17...

Think about it like this. Protein shakes won't do you any good at all if the rest of your diet is crap. In fact, they'll just make you fat. Also, why would you plan on abusing your body for the next two years and then shaping up when you turn 17? You need to start NOW. Too many people put off getting in shape and being healthy, don't be one of those people! There's always a reason to put it off and start "tomorrow" but tomorrow never seems to come.

If you start now, you'll look awesome by the time you're 17! Why wait to start, you could already have reached your goals by then. Good luck to you. You need to buckle down and motivate yourself but it's nice to see that you're at least thinking about your health. Just make it happen!

ok mm guys are MEANT to have food like PIZZA! If you work out a lot then you can totaly eat it. Just dont over do it. Like have jst one slice and cut down the fatning in other meals. If you want to get big, you cant have a low fat low carb crazy crazy diet. Eat the pizza man! And dont have both pizzas and burgers on the SAME DAY! And dont 4get... stressing out will make you get BAD fat. So Chill boy CHILL

tell yourself that last time was your last time eating junk for lunch. positive thinking helps tons.

remind yourself that the healthy stuff will get you that much closer to being a great athlete/healthier person and that it can only make you better.
