never unless u can afford it :-p.. but i guess the best time would be anytime of the day except within a few hours of bedtime, alot of what u eat a few hours before bed get stored unless u go out for night time runs or something.

I agree with "never". There is a reason why it is called "junk" as it has no nutritional value. I avoid it and don't miss what my body cannot properly deal with.

Any time is a good time to eat junk food.

if you're an easy weight gainer, you should not eat. But if you're thin and need your nutrients...try eating it all the time, and remember to drink alot of water for your liver and kidneys.
Like flushing a toilet, you need 5 gallons of water.

well, many schools of thought on this topic.. some say one cheat day a week... where u can eat junk then others say.... very small amounts daily.. here and there..

it is up to u on how u want to do it.. and what works for u..

if u have fast metabolism.. then u can have some junkfood..

moderation is the key.....

Think of it this way.... You are what you eat, so i would stick to eating healthy things. But if it is a special occasion or something, eat it, but do not over do it. Junk foods that contain oil, tons of preservatives, lots of sodium, or lots of sugar, are the leading causes (food wise) of rapid fat increase. And time of day, no less than three and a half hours before bed, things that we eat before bed get stored to our body more than any other time of the day. So choose wisely...
